A simple list…

January 30, 2007

…Of 26 ways to inhume children. A continuation of the post here, I’m throwing the full list up here, mostly so I can copy and paste to other places, but also for your enjoyment.

  • 1. Skipped off a cliff / 2. Overturned in a skiff
  • 3. Poked with a knife / 4. grown bored with life
  • 5. Cooked by a socket / 6. Ascended by rocket
  • 7. Provoked a ninja / 8. Devoured by ouija
  • 9. Dressed like a whore / 10. Smote by Thor
  • 11. Woefully underfed / 12. Locked in a shed
  • 13. Slept with the fishes / 14. Made incautious wishes
  • 15. Hung up on a stick / 16. Gave some poison a lick
  • 17. Suddenly went “boom” / 18. Impaled on a broom
  • 19. Trampled by punks / 20. Chstened by monks
  • 21. Swung from a vine / Missed Seeing the sign
  • 23. Caught a falling star / 24. Too long in a bar
  • 25. Shouldn’t have lied / 26. Just simply died

And there you have it. I have an image planned for every one here except #25. Any suggestions? This is not the final order, they will most certainly be moved around and altered and all that, but this is the gist of it.

    very impressive!!

an image suggestion for #25… how about someone who is difusing a bomb but really doesn’t know how to, so they’re sweating away trying to dismantle a bomb while everyone crowds around watching?

Hm. I like it. It was that or someone holding a pop bottle proudly with a whole bunch of drugs and alchol stashed behind them.

…Which I came up with today. But I like the bomb one. I’ll run drafts in psych tomorrow…

…okay. Ouija? Pronounced “wee-jee.” Doesn’t quite rhyme, but it was a nice try.

*grins* I want a copy of this, eventually. We’ll bring it to Staples to print out, or something. And you can sign it for me.

…I’m in for suggestions, but as HL says, my pronounciation is good too.

I will likely be getting them run off by one of those photo-album companies, ’cause I’ve seen Staples’ binding jobs, and they’re terrible. (Design student, remember…? One dude had them ruin a project of his. They just forgot to line up all the pages parallel to the machine, so the cover was punched square, but all the pages were done at an angle so only half was done. No. Nice binding, for sure.)

Ouija can be pronounced either way (wee-jee or wee-ja), but good catch!

    Hah-hah. Take that, Tara.

BTW, thanks. Until I saw this, I did have a minor panic moment.
